Returns & Exchanges
At SMG4 Store, we want you to love your gear, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
